ABOUT SAGE ROSE

 Sage Rose is a New York City based makeup artist. From an early age they were inspired by painters like Monet and were amazed how the colors of the paintings blended together. Learning about the backstory that inspired these paintings, Sage was inspired to start expressing their own art but in a different way. They moved to New York City where they attended Makeup Designory (MUD), completing the multimedia program. It was during this intensive training that they designed makeup for a series of beauty, fashion, and SFX photo-shoots and designed a range of characters. Sage looks forward to evolving and refining their art and designing more intricate and refined characters. They continue to seek out those opportunities to bring to life characters and inspire others in the same way they were inspired as a child.
